Do I still own my timeshare?
Yes, you do. By converting to Points, you're ceding or giving the use of your timeshare to RCI Points - not the ownership.

Are my management fees still payable on my week/s?
As you still maintain the ownership of your week/s, the management fees are payable. You are also able to vote and continue to have access to your resort just as you do now

What are the LateBreaks?
If you can book your accommodation last minute, take advantage of the RCI Points LateBreak programme and some great Points discounts.
Book 45 days before departure - 10% discount
Book 30 days before departure - 25% discount
Book 14 days before departure - 50% discount

What happens to my RCI Weeks membership?
Any outstanding pre-paid RCI Weeks membership will be converted into a pro rata value based on how many years are remaining and the price paid.
This value will be transferred to your Points account to be used against future transaction charges.

Can I only book accommodation at RCI Points Resorts?
No. Members have access to all RCI's resorts world-wide, as each has been graded and awarded a Points value.

Do I need to SpaceBank my week/s still?
No, because they are automatically added to the RCI Points system every year.
If you want to return to your home resort and week, then you must contact RCI Points 13 to 12 months before the start date and inform them that you will be using your time.

Why can't I cede one of my weeks?
Unfortunately, some resorts are currently not available for conversion to RCI Points.
These include all resorts outside Europe and those that do not reach the quality levels set down by RCI.  - Contact Timeshare-Solutions for further information.

 Is there a fee to convert?
Yes, there is a one-off fee to convert to RCI Points depending on your holiday choices and requirements. The fee includes all legal and administration charges, new Members Pack and your first year's RCI Points membership.

What if I want to sell my timeshare?
- You can sell your timeshare by unceding your week from the system.
- You will need to give RCI twelve month's notice and forward a surrender form.
The first week available to the new purchaser will be the first week without any Points reservation attached.
