Buyers
Buying a resale week is the best value way to enjoy all the benefits of timeshare - at a fraction of the cost.
Decide on the area in the world where you would like to own and the time of year. If we do not have a week available there, then call us because we can work with our colleagues to find just what you want.
When you make an offer, remember that the cost to transfer the ownership into your name is in addition to the listed price and is the responsibility of the new owner. The transfer costs differ from resort to resort. You will also be responsible for the management fee.
Don't be afraid to ask us questions. We are here to answer any queries you have about the resort and the week. So call us! If we do not know the answers, we'll contact the owners and ask for you.
If you want to join RCI Weeks or Points with your new week, then please ask us at the time of making your offer. We have some great value RCI Points conversion prices and can also arrange your membership to RCI Weeks.

Transferring an American Timeshare Week/s into Your Name
- Find a week you want to buy, contact us and make an offer.
- If the offer is accepted you will need to pay the amount offered into our escrow service.
- You will need a closing agent to transfer the deeds into your name. (we recommend and regularly use Re-Max.)
- The agent will require; The names on original warranty deed, The names of the new owners, The price the week was purchased at, A legal and administration fee (Re-Max charges ?xx)
- We will take the details over the phone when you make the offer and forward them to the closing agent. The seller will post the deeds to the closing agent. The Buyer will need to pay the closing agents fees by cheque or bank transfer.
- New deeds are issued in the buyers name and funds are released from Escrow to the seller.
- You are now a proud Timeshare owner, if you want a little help getting started please contact us and we will talk you through your new holiday options.
